The articles have certain limitations, but has managed to contribute largely in the research by providing relevant information. These information will help to answer the evaluation of the application of IT in the medical field and the current impact of applying the IT rega rding the quality of service and the cost of the medical expenditure. It can be concluded from this discussion that health information technology has positive impacts on the medical fields, which indirectly contributes the social wellbeing by providing the good quality of health care policies to the people.
